How far in advance should I call to book catering?
As early as possible, especially for large events or weekend dates. We recommend calling at least two weeks ahead for large gatherings. For smaller events, a week's notice is usually enough, but don't wait — our schedule fills up.

What meats and sides do you offer for catering?
We offer all of the meats from our regular menu — brisket, sausage, ribs, pulled pork, ham, chopped BBQ, smoked turkey, and chicken. Sides include pinto beans, potato salad, coleslaw, green beans, and more. We'll build a spread based on your headcount and preferences.
Is there a minimum order for catering?
We don't advertise a fixed minimum, but catering is best suited for groups. Call us and describe your event — we'll let you know what makes sense.
